How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
If you sign-up to become a Build Safe client, we retain your data for as long as you remain a client, plus 10 years for business record-keeping purposes only.
If you fill out a contact form, we will retain your data indefinitely for marketing purposes. Don’t worry, we are not one of those companies that will overfill your inbox.
What rights you have over your data
Cookie data is automated and cannot be removed by the website administrator. For data obtained through a contact form, you can contact us and request that we delete this data and not contact you again in the future. We will honor all such requests. We hate obnoxious marketers as much as you do.
